2013: The Year of Wreaths

I don't want to jinx myself, but 2013 has been my year of crafts! I am pretty sure I've made more this year than in the last 5 years. YAY!

I didn't realize until this weekend that I've been on a wreath kick. They were all gifts, so I didn't share them as I made them, but they've all been given now, so for your viewing pleasure:

The first wreath I made this year, for myself:

I already blogged about it here, but I felt like it should go in the overall wreath post, too, and since it's my blog, well, I can do what I want!

The next two, using StoneGable's awesome tutorial:

 For Tiffany.

The last, which I thought about keeping, but ended up being for my friend Barbara:

I think I'm all wreathed-out. I wonder what my next project addiction will be?!

Every fall I always want to make a pinecone wreath, and then never do. Years ago a friend made me such a beautiful one using tiny pine balls, acorns and walnuts. It was stunning. Yours are all so individual and pretty. Are you an orange fanatic, like me???
