And the Crafts Keep on Coming

I've been on a bracelet kick lately - mostly I've been seeing bracelets on Etsy and Pinterest that I want to make, but don't know how. Instead of buying them (which would be the easy thing to do), I say I'll learn how to make them, and then never do.

Until a couple weeks ago! My mother-in-law taught me how to make this bracelet, one I happened to have my eye on! I was on a roll and made two others, another for me and one for Wendy, who claims she's never taking hers off!

Glad that you and Wendy liked them and that you enjoyed making them. I made a new one Saturday. I'll have to take a pic and send it to you. I was going through a beading mag that I bought on Saturday and in the shops section noticed there is one advertised in Toledo!

Was it Meant to Bead? That's the store that took over the shop occupied by my favorite scrapbook store. Wendy and I have been in there before. Very nice store; just have no idea what to do with all the pretties! I think Missy's sister goes there for her stuff from time to time.

I now have a real dilemma - to wear the bracelet you made me or my Pandora bracelet?! I love them both equally. Arlene wants one - she has been eyeing mine! :)

I believe it was Meant to Bead(great name). I will have to check when I get home. Sorry that they took over your scapbook store.
I had the same dilemma when I used to go into the bead shops. Taking classes and looking at mags and online patterns have helped. To bad we don't live closer, we could have crafting nights. We will just have to plan on crafting weekends :)
