I love chocolate. A lot. But I eat too much of it. So I bought a bag of mini Snickers, thinking an occasional Snickers or two would satisfy any chocolate cravings. I think I was wrong. Here's why:
I'll eat one, decide it wasn't enough and eat a second. Then I'll start comparing and justifying. Two mini Snickers is not nearly half a regular Snickers, so I can eat a third, maybe a fourth. It's somewhere around there I lose count and my original plan goes out the window.
