Sending Holiday Wishes

As first suggested by Turtle Parade, please consider sending a holiday card to:

A Recovering American Soldier
c/o Walter Reed Army Medical Center
6900 Georgia Ave., NW
Washington, D.C. 20307-5001

I just sent 3 and am thinking about buying another box of cards and sending some more. I'm surrounded by veterans and active duty friends and family members and know how much this would mean to them if they were at Walter Reed.

P.S. Thanks for the reminder, RKM.

I am totally doing this weekend when I do the rest of my cards!

I think it is such a simple and kind way to show your support. THIS is what the holidays should be about.

I looked into this and it seems anonymous letters will not be delivered. It's on Snopes and I found this website:

Looks like we should check anysoldier.com for names to send cards to.

I hope this info helps!

the URL I posted above:

(because it wouldn't post right, delete the space after the .com/ and forms)
